What Are Your Rates?

  • 50 minute individual therapy session - $200

  • 90 minute sessions (couples and families) - $250

  • Sliding scale rates are available.

Where and How Often Do We Meet?

I am currently seeing clients in-person in South Pasadena and Studio City. Telehealth options are available for individuals through California.

The frequency and duration of therapy sessions vary according to your needs. I recommend weekly sessions to begin building the therapeutic relationship, establish the framework for the treatment, and help you work through any challenges that might be present. I want to get you moving forward as soon as possible so we can work together to help you achieve your goals! Please schedule a call to discuss your options.

How Does Billing Work?

How Do I Start?

You're invited to schedule a discovery call HERE.

During that call, we'll talk briefly about what inspired you to reach out; if it's a good fit we will schedule an official Initial Session. During that session we'll talk about more specifics of what you're needing help with, develop a plan for therapy moving forward, and work out a schedule for sessions. You'll get a sense of how I work as a therapist and we'll make sure you feel comfortable and confident that your needs are being addressed.  If your needs would be served better by another provider, I am happy to offer referrals to other clinicians.
